International Migrants Day 2012
December 18th is International Migrant Day worldwide. In honor of this day, the missions of the International Organization for Migration in Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan are holding an action among labor migrants under the motto "Share your story with us".
If you are a migrant, share your story!
Submit your photos and a short story about yourself, your family, friends, acquaintances and your life in another country. Tell us why and why you came to another country, how you live in it, what you dream about and what you want to achieve. Send photos and stories to the e-mail address of the Information Resource Center for Migrants in Moscow moscowinfocenter@iom.int or post directly on the Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/iomtajikistan.
Ten participants who submitted the best photos and stories will be awarded valuable memorable prizes in various categories. Each participant or participant can send up to 4 photos and one story (written either in Russian or in their native language).
We are waiting for your works (photos and stories) from December 18, 2012 to January 18, 2013. For all questions about the competition - call the hotline for migration issues 8-800-333-00-16. A call from anywhere in Russia is free!
