On 13 March 2020, a meeting of the International Headquarters of Operation "Illegal" was held at the CSTO Crisis Response Center chaired by the Head of the Main Directorate for Migration of the Ministry of Interior of Russia Valentina Kazakova. The meeting was attended by IOM Moscow Chief of Mission.
