Meeting in the Office of the Ombudsman in the Republic of Tatarstan
On 12 February 2021, a round table was held at the Office of the Ombudsman in the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic “Work experience of the Republic of Tatarstan aimed at ensuring the rights of migrants. Prospects for Development”, organized by the Ombudsman in the Republic of Tatarstan S.Kh. Saburskaya on the occasion of the visit of the IOM Moscow Chief of Mission to Kazan, which was also attended by the Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan K.A. Tazetdinova, representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazan R.R. Vakhitov, Deputy Head of the Department Migration Issues of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan R.R. Amanov, as well as the general director of NGO “Novyy Vek” [New Century] L.A. Taisheva. At the end of the meeting, ways of possible interaction were discussed.
On the same day a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan L.R. Fazleeva took place.
